“Bauman had a warm, family environment that not only offered great knowledge, but allowed all of their students to contribute their talents and resources.." Being raised Macrobiotic and in a family that used Celtic Sea Salt, I've always been attracted to whole and holistic foods. Bauman fit the profile for continuing my understanding of natural foods and their benefits in many different diets. I enjoyed my teachers, fellow students, and all the delicious meals we created together. Each class inspired more and more creativity in me to keep exploring more flavors and beneficial ingredients. The school was even open to having me share my knowledge and resources to help educate everyone on sea salt and Macrobiotics. After completing my education at Bauman College, I dabbled in catering and personal cheffing and enjoyed all the experience it gave me. Today, I am a recipe developer and consultant for people and businesses in need of a better understanding of how to use healthy ingredients and new ingredients not yet available to the public. This job has allowed me to travel all over the US and meet many new and exciting people in the natural foods industry. Bauman had a warm, family environment that not only offered great knowledge, but allowed all of their students to contribute their talents and resources.
