Caitlin specializes in blood sugar regulation and Hypothyroid conditions. She has been a personal trainer in San Francisco, CA for over five years, working in her own practice since 2008. She has an outside of the box philosophy on weight management that includes traditional foods with emphasis on quality meats, fats, and seasonal vegatables. This blog is a frill-free zone. I love food, and approach nutrition from a love of eating. All animals eaten are free range, grass fed, or wild caught. All produce is local and seasonal.
