Back by popular demand. Do you have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep? Is a poor sleeping ability routinely affecting how well you can focus and function during the day? If you’re having trouble getting a good night’s rest, join Dr. Ed Bauman, President of Bauman College, in a lecture on the nutritional basis of a better night’s rest. Ed will cover the relationship between aging, poor digestion, and deep sleep mechanisms, how menopause affects the sleep hormones melatonin and serotonin, and how your blood sugar can affect your sleep mechanisms. Sleeping medications aren’t the only way to finally get some shut eye − learn natural sleep solutions for optimal health.

Penngrove is a tiny town located among the rolling hills and vineyards of the California wine country, one hour north of SF. Most students live in surrounding small towns while attending Bauman College. Optimally, you would have a car or motorcycle/moped while living here. Our site is in the vicinity of Sonoma State University
