Now Enrolling for Spring 2009 Programs

We are now enrolling for the Spring 2009 classroom programs. Class schedules and tuition information are available on this website as well as in our Spring 2009 Catalog and Journal. Schedule a One-on-One Appointment today with an Admissions Advisor!

Nutrition Pro: Cooking for Recovery
A series of four cooking classes starting November 2, 2008 that are designed to teach the Nutrition Professional how to assist their clients in making permanent changes through diet and cooking with fresh whole foods specific to bring about effective recovery.

Classes will be held each month, from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm with hands-on cooking classes, an in-depth lecture and suggestions on how to develop diet, food preparation and menus tailored for each module. This is the perfect opportunity for those who don't live near one of our four classroom locations to attend one of our free monthly nutrition lectures. Check out our latest episode of the Bauman College Cooking For Health Show and learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious food in your own kitchen! Hosted by Bauman College Natural Chef instructor and graduate Alison Anton, the program features foods drawn from the Eating for Health model: quality proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats for nutritional balance and optimal health.
